Terms of Service
These terms describe expected use of ChronosPOS and Chronos Backoffice as business software for point of sale, store management, device, and reporting workflows.
Authorized use
ChronosPOS and Chronos Backoffice are intended for businesses and authorized users who have permission to access a ChronosPOS business workspace. Users must not attempt to access accounts, stores, devices, or data they are not authorized to use.
Account responsibility
Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using trusted devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to their business administrator. Shared or unmanaged access can affect business records and operational data.
Acceptable use
Users must use the service for lawful business operations only. The service must not be used to interfere with other systems, misrepresent identity, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, or disrupt point-of-sale and backoffice workflows.
Service availability disclaimer
ChronosPOS is business software and may require maintenance, updates, network connectivity, device availability, or supporting infrastructure. Service availability can vary based on deployment environment, device configuration, and operational conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChronosPOS is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users and businesses remain responsible for verifying operational records, financial reports, tax settings, and business decisions.
Business-use context
ChronosPOS supports business administration, point-of-sale operations, inventory, staff, device, and reporting workflows. It is not a consumer banking, personal email, cryptocurrency, or credential collection service.
